Scene Spoke with Puck and learns his personal touch when cooking for his latest venue in Downtown Summerlin. Vegas Scene had the pleasure of meeting the Chef before the show and to sit down and talk about his experience with cooking, his take on Las Vegas and how he spends his time away from the kitchen in Las Vegas. When speaking with Wolfgang, he was proud and happy to let me know about his latest restaurant in Downtown Summerlin.
He told me that he supports the community by using a lot of fresh vegetables from the farmers' market. It was a pleasure to interview the Chef. He actually went to the farmers market to buy a lot of the ingredients for the demonstration that he did inside the Macy's store in Dt. Summerlin.
I admired listening to chef Puck as he shared his passion for cooking and using fresh organic products whenever necessary. One of the more common tips he suggested to the audience was in order to get the best flavor and fresh taste from your tomatoes, a common ingredient for most of us in Las Vegas, is to keep them outside when you buy them, and not to refrigerate them.
