Fogo de Chao is a new addition to the Brazilian Steakhouse concept here in Las Vegas, located in the former Ruth's Chris Steakhouse at 360 E. Flamingo near Howard Hughes Drive in the restaurant row area.

The décor is modern, a classic steakhouse. Lots of wood finishes, sparkling glass, creamy linens, and crystal on every table. Everything is spotless and well-organized, and the service is gracious, friendly, and helpful. The Cabernet Sauvignon was rich and deep with blueberry notes. A perfect accompaniment to all the meats that would soon grace my plate. RECENTLY OPENED THE NEW DOWNTOWN SUMMERLIN LOCATION. "WE TRIED IT WE LOVED IT - VEGAS SCENE!"

Vegas Scene Magazine had the rare opportunity to spend an evening at Fogo De Chao for some great food, great ambiance, and, most of all, professional service from the staff at this exquisite and authentic Brazilian restaurant just minutes from the strip located at 360 E. Flamingo Rd where your taste for meat will guarantee to be satisfied.

With a salad that could definitely be a meal on its own, Fogo de Chão offers an array of food ranging from the succulent taste of meats, vegetables, and fruits to the excellent soups that are freshly made to satisfy your palate in preparation for a meal fit for the King of Carnivores in your inner cravings.

The variety of meat served during our meal was jaw-dropping as the servers kept coming to my right, to my left, and at times across the table where the aroma lingers from across the room, letting you know that you are about to taste something wonderful and flavorful that knock your socks off. Before the night was over, our server surprised us with a dessert that would make us want more as we sank our forks in the most delicious cheesecake I've ever had.
