Sushi Roku is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner service. located in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, invites guests to experience an array of value-driven dishes and menus. From participating in Las Vegas Restaurant Week to in-house promotions for International Sushi Day Chef Haru presents seafood-centric offerings for all sushi lovers.

Vegas Scene Magazine had the pleasure of spending an evening of great atmosphere and dining at Sushi Roku. I recommend this venue amongst the many sushi locations in Vegas for not just the food but the atmosphere. If you are new to the strip and love a view with elegant dim lighting and a romantic ambiance for date night, this place will check all the boxes.

The service was impeccable from the time we were seated until we left the restaurant, with attentive staff always checking on the tables, and assisting with elegant accommodations when needed. The menu offers uniquely prepared items for cocktails, sushi rolls, appetizers and the main entrees. I had a baked chicken dish for the main course that did not disappoint my taste buds. The dish was full of flavor and juicy in the middle.

I spoke to the manager and was delighted to hear him share the time and detail that goes into the menu each night. My suggestion for seating is to request a window seat in the back if it is available for the 360 views of the strip.
